    • We offer fast and reliable shipping within the United States. Orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
    • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
  • International Shipping:

    • For customers outside the U.S., we offer international shipping with delivery times ranging from 7 to 15 business days depending on your location.
    • International shipping costs vary and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Order Processing:

    • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
  • Tracking:

    • Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority! If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges.

  • Return Policy:

    • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.
    • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a return or exchange.
    • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • How to Initiate a Return:

    1. Contact our customer service at support@sweetlife.com with your order number and reason for the return.
    2. Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
    3. Pack the item securely and send it back using the provided label.
  • Exchanges:

    • If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the same steps as above for initiating a return, and indicate the product you would like in exchange. We will send out the replacement once we receive the original item.
  • Refunds:

    • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Final sale items, gift cards, and undergarments are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
